After 14 years of trajectory of the Mentoring Program of Comunidad Mujer, the organization launched its new Red Alumni platform that offers innovative opportunities for training and improvement and seeks to strengthen the relationship between those who have participated in the emblematic program.

"This is why we decided to take a leap and create a space that would allow us to strengthen the relationship and collaboration among the mentored and recognize and make visible their achievements"

As a kick-off to the activities of this network, the international expert in negotiation, gender and leadership Deborah Kolb, gave an exclusive presentation of the keynote speech "The five key challenges for female leadership".
